This is a one man business. I do all the ordering, production, installations, shipping, communication and accounting. That being said there will be times when I may not be in the office. This makes email the most efficient contact technique.
I can personally take your orders via email. Anything we need to discuss can nearly always be sorted out over a few emails. This is for the convenience of both myself and my customers. Im rarely able to answer the phone as I’m in a room full of engraving machines. You will get much faster responses via Email.
Because I personally design, create, package, ship and invoice every order, you can be sure I will give my direct attention to complete everything efficiently and properly. I pride myself in providing the most value for each and every dollar spent.

I am able to offer great value because my overhead is only the machinery, materials and my personal time spent in processing your order.
